Gaza Emergency

Provide urgent food and water in Gaza

You have helped fund almost £2 million for the people of Gaza, and your generosity, together with that of our partner Hope For Mankind, has enabled us to provide around 400,000 people with food, water, shelter, and medical care.

More than 40,000 Palestinians have died as a result of deadly strikes on Gaza, with women and children accounting for 70% of the total. The majority of hospitals in the Gaza Strip are currently closed. Over 75,000 individuals have been injured, and more than 1.9 million people have been forced to leave their homes.

Due to the blockade enforced on Gaza since October 7, fuel supplies are nearly depleted. There are also food, water, and medical shortages, as the number of relief trucks entering Gaza each day is less than one-fifth of what the UN estimates is required. Prior to this escalation of violence, 68% of Palestinians lived below the poverty line and had come to rely on humanitarian help from organisations like Love Mercy Hope.

Our teams are on the ground, able to deliver your clean water, food, and medical supplies. With your help, we can guarantee that our most needy brothers and sisters will receive urgent humanitarian aid.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “The most beloved people to Allah are those who are most beneficial to people. The most beloved deed to Allah is to make a Muslim happy, or remove one of his troubles, or forgive his debt, or feed his hunger. [Tabarani]
